Taysha Times Newsletter

Brief:
As the team at Taysha Gene Therapies would tell you, rare diseases affect more than just the body. They affect your mind, your soul, your loved ones and caretakers. Taysha knew that to truly help people with central nervous system diseases, they would need to reach out and form a community of patients, advocates, researchers, and supporters. Our team was happy to lend a hand.

Execution:
We developed and rolled out a quarterly newsletter aimed primarily at the advocates whose efforts often go unnoticed or under appreciated.

The newsletter was a carefully-crafted culmination of inspirational quotes, event recaps, industry and company updates, Q&As, and advocate spotlights.

Our goal was to ensure that the community felt Taysha’s warm presence in a variety of facets, outside the typical, clinical circumstances.

KPIs like open and click through rates and subscriber counts showed that the newsletter not only resonated with the community, but helped continue to grow it.
