Fitnesse Brand Expansion
Brief:
Fitnesse is on a mission to make your personal health journey more accessible than ever. As a budding, Black-owned fitness start-up owned and operated by two former college athletes, family men, and professionals, Mike and Marcus understand the importance of fitting health and wellness into a busy schedule. My goal? Help the team define their voice and expand their footprint through social, email, and print, as well as strategic partnerships.
Execution:
I developed a series of printed inserts that accompany packages shipped out of Fitnesse’ Oakland, CA facility. The inserts thank customers for their support, enhance the brand image, and promote the company’s social channels. I also wrote and distributed a Fitnesse newsletter to promote the brand’s lifestyle offerings and begin growing a community.
In late 2020, I facilitated a strategic partnership with Forma (then Twic), the life benefits platform for companies and employees nationwide, providing Fitnesse and its products with exposure to hundreds of major companies like Twitch, Zoom, and New Balance.
