‘Take It or Leave It’ EP Release

Brief:
TheRealFlexGod, a Houston-based hip-hop artist, was set to release his debut EP in June 2020. Rightfully, he wanted to announce this milestone to the world. In addition to making waves on social media, he and his team reached out to me to develop a press release they could use to help promote the EP.

Execution:
I took this goal one step further, leveraging prior promotional material as the hero image to create a visually appealing piece. It not only served as a press release but doubled as an album review.

The work mirrored Flex’ self-confidence and conveyed the spirit of his album to readers. His lead single, Pride B4 Destruction, has racked up nearly 75k streams to date.
